These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the True Jobs website and service ("Service") operated by True Jobs ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
True Jobs is a job search tool that aggregates listings from multiple sources and provides a "Realness Score" indicating the likelihood that each listing is a legitimate job posting. The score is an automated estimate based on heuristics and should not be taken as a guarantee.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free Plan: Includes up to 10 job searches per day across all public job sources. Free accounts include advertisements and are subject to rate limiting.
Basic Plan ($5/month): Ad-free experience with unlimited daily searches across all public job sources. Basic subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Pro Plan ($10/month): Everything in Basic plus direct access to company career pages via ATS integrations (Workday, Oracle, Phenom, Greenhouse, Lever, and more). Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or impose usage limits on any plan at any time, including but not limited to daily search limits, per-minute request caps, API call quotas, and Score-a-Job usage. We may throttle, suspend, or restrict access for any account that exhibits usage patterns consistent with automation, abuse, or excessive load on our infrastructure.
All plans are subject to a fair use policy. Abnormal usage patterns — including but not limited to rapid-fire searches, sustained high-volume requests, or patterns consistent with automated access — may result in temporary or permanent rate limiting, account suspension, or termination, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Paid plan subscribers affected by usage limit changes may cancel their subscription for a prorated refund of the current billing period.
The Realness Score is an automated opinion generated by a heuristic algorithm. It represents our software's subjective assessment based on publicly available listing attributes (such as description length, salary transparency, and company information) and does not constitute a factual claim about any employer, recruiter, or job listing.
A low score does not mean a company or listing is fraudulent, deceptive, or acting in bad faith. A high score does not guarantee a listing is legitimate or that the position exists. Scores may be inaccurate, and reasonable people may disagree with any given score.
The Service does not accuse any company, organization, or individual of posting fake or misleading job listings. You should exercise your own independent judgment when evaluating and applying to jobs.
Job listings displayed in the Service are sourced from third-party job boards and company career pages. We do not create, verify, or endorse any job listing. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legitimacy of any job posting. The inclusion of a listing in our results does not imply any endorsement or criticism of the employer.
The Service, including its design, scoring algorithms, and original content, is owned by True Jobs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
Basic plan payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days for a review. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Jobs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
